oh so you want to know how my day is?
This article below from the New York Times inspired me to write about my typical Sunday….
“SLEEP IN A BIT On a Sunday morning I will, of course, sleep in, because it’s very precious not to have to get up, but I can’t really sleep much past 8 or 9. I’ll get to my local cafe, Via Quadronno, by 10, and if it’s not too crowded, I’ll sit in the window seat to read.”
But Really this is my Sunday. I usually wake up around 6am, I will look at my watch to make sure it is not 2:30am and then I will grab my little puppy and hold her in my arms until I am done using the WC. If I put Chewy on the ground she will rush to pee in the corner of the room, or at the top of the stairs. Then I go outside with my puppy and my old dog, and they take care of their business. I will feed the pups then do a brisk 5 min ab exercise. Then maybe make an espresso and do some stretching.
About an hour after I have been up I will start the main part of my day, either I will go for an amazing run by myself, do a fun bike ride with friends, or do some sort of endurance race.
After the sweaty excitement is over, I will probably eat more than my share of calories for the day, and then wait for bed.
Yep that is my Sunday. Just as exciting as Christine Baranski’s.

But really, sometimes I am reading the New York Times and their articles about somewhat famous people are so boring. I just can’t believe this was newsworthy. I feel bad for all the struggling writers who get their work rejected so the news paper can make room for this little fart of an article. yucko
